Regarding fresh and frozen meat, we produce and market entire carcasses or cut into standarised cuts. The range of products is designed for different types of consumers: superstores, catering, low fat content, gourmet, specialized shops, etc. Our Serrano ham (golden label) "Traditional Specialty Guaranteed", is submitted to constant monitoring during the whole preparation process, by our specialised technicians. It is important to remark that the meat raw materials for manufacture are supplied by our cutting room, wich guarantees their perfect quality control.
